NOTES: |
Target: V1 'flying bomb' launch site. Load: 18x 500lb bombs. Lost without trace in air operations over enemy-occupied territory during an attack on a V1 'flying bomb' launch site in Flers. Neither the crew nor aircraft were were ever found, so were probably shot down over the Channel. The crew are all remembered at the Runnymede Air Forces Memorial, Surrey |
